The Blue Merc Hand Sub…

The Tudor Submariner needs no introduction – it’s becoming one of the most iconic vintage dive watches…especially when it’s blue!

This blue reference 79090 dates to 1993 and is in amazing condition and is the classic 40mm Sub size. The hour markers have a gentle patina and are a good match with the hands. The blue bezel insert has gently faded to give the watch a subtle vintage vibe.
The folded link bracelet, reference 9315, is in very good condition with the correct Tudor 380b endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘R 5’. The watch is accompanied by both inner and outer boxes, punched papers, wallet and booklet. The papers state that the Tudor was sold in 1993. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
